This is how british women see Lisbon.

Okay, so keep yourself looking presentable. I understand that. I occasionally look presentable, once a year or so. And I know that in a country such as Portugal (I shall deliver THAT discourse at another time) first impressions and image are important. But so many Lisboetas (of either sex) seem to be so preoccupied with their looks that there is no room left in their small brains for much else.
